Family and Maternity Sessions- A non-refundable retainer of $100.00 is required to secure the session date. The retainer for Petite Maternity Session is $50.00. The remaining balance is due 3- days before the session. This retainer secures your spot on my schedule, covers our pre-session consultation and location scouting for your session.
Newborn Sessions- A non-refundable retainer of $100 is required to secure a tentative session date depending on your given due date. The retainer for the Petite Newborn Session is $50.00. This retainer secures your spot on my schedule, covers our pre-session consultation and preparation of props for the session.

Time is fleeting and moments need to be captured. I would love for everyone to be able to capture their dream session and special event regardless of what your current situation is. I now offer layaway plans. If things are a little tight at the moment, contact me for the details and we'll make it work.

FAQ
How many pictures will we receive?
This entirely depend on the session you book. Usually, for a FULL SESSION, you'll typically receive an Online Gallery with somewhere between 30-40 photos from which you'll need to choose the number of phots that's included in your package.
For a MINI SESSION, you'll typically receive an Online Gallery of about 15 photos from which you'll need to choose the number of photos that's included in your package.

When will we receive our photos?
My approximate delivery time for your FULL SESSION is 3-4 weeks. The MINI SESSION has an approximate delivery time of 2 weeks.
How should we dress for our family session?
This is the fun part and I'm here to help you!
Depending on your session type and theme, we'll discuss ideas for outfits and colors. Please remember that the colors that you choose for the session will have a huge impact on the final result of your portrait! I have helpful "Style Guides" and "What to Wear Guides" that you'll receive after booking.
Color palettes that work beautifully are neutrals, earth tones and fabrics rich in texture.
I tend to feel a little shy in front of the camera, is that ok?
Oh, please don't worry about that! Of course that is completely normal!
It is my job to help you relax and to forget that there's even a camera present! I promise at the end of the session you'll have had so much fun, and you'll have all of your beautiful photos to look forward to viewing!
Do you have formal training as a Photographer?
Yes. I have been a photographer for over 25 years, and do I have formal training. I received my A.S. Degree in Photography at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, FL and my B.S. in Photography at Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA.
What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
I like to schedule our newborn sessions day 3-14 after birth when the baby is in its most sleepy stage. However, there is NO wrong time to photograph a baby! Unlike studio work, which often relies on a narrow timeframe to capture a bay asleep, an in-home lifestyle session offers much more flexibility. The most important thing is that you and the baby are healthy and ready for the session.
What if our house isn't very photogenic for newborn or family shoot?
Please try not to worry about this one! Your house is your home, and it will help tell a little of your story. That's part of what makes it special and of sentimental value.
Where will my session be held?
Full Family and Maternity Sessions are typically held at the beach, but I also have a beautiful local park that I use. I can also be ready to travel to you if you'd like to do sessions in the comfort of your own home. Do you have a location that is special to you? I'm ready!
All newborn sessions are captured at the client's home. Please tell me about your dream session and we'll make it happen!
What happens if it rains?
It's inevitable, sometimes bad weather just happens! I always keep an eye on the weather forecast/radar before a session. If there is evident rain in the forecast, we will reschedule for the earliest date that is good for us both.
Please note: Due to our unpredictable Florida rainstorms that are often just local, I usually don't cancel a beach session until 2 pm on the day of the session. Most times it might rain out west while the weather at the beach is beautiful- we don't want to miss out on a gorgeous golden hour session!
What's in your camera bag?
Lol! I get asked this question often!
I'm a Canon girl and my two R6 mirrorless camera bodies with two prime lenses are my babies. You'll also find a flash, a camera raincoat, ibuprofen, bandages, bug spray, a protein bar and safety pins just in case you'll need one! 😉
